Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG New 2013

For the first time AMG has combined 6-litre V12 biturbo engine with AMG SPEEDSHIFT 7 G-TRONIC PLUS. Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG are equipped with the AMG 6.0-litre V12 “biturbo” (twin-turbocharged) engine develops a maximum output of the 463 kW (630 hp) and maximum torque of 1000 newton metres. Market launch of the new Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG will take place in September 2012. Sales price in Germany (incl. 19% VAT) is 236,334 Euro.

Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG as standard with an active suspension system of ABC. The AMG sports suspension based on active body control fitted in the SL 63 AMG eight-cylinder has been enhanced and optimized to setup model top-of-the-range.

Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG with enhancements to two special Chrome chromed twin tailpipes AMG sports exhaust system, characteristics of the V12 features include legends “V12 BITURBO” on the front wings and 5-spoke AMG light-alloy wheels painted titanium grey with a high-Sheen finish and is equipped with tires 255/35 R 19 and 285/30 R 19 at the front and rear respectively. AMG multi-spoke forged light alloy from the AMG performance Studio with tires front 255/35 R 19 and 285/30 R 20 rear tires reduce the unsprung masses. These fake wheels are also available in matt black with a high-sheen of the rim flange.
