Explorer combines the standard engine front-wheel drive with a 3.5-liter Ti-VCT V-6, delivering lb.-ft. Estimated 290 hp and 255 torque. Coupled with the project six-speed automatic transmission, this more than 20 percent more powerful, flexible and efficient V6 fuel shipments to the previous V6 model Explorer.
