BMW Concept 5 Series ActiveHybrid

BMW 5-Series ActiveHybrid Concept is a concept that is based, the new BMW 5 series sedan. The new concept car for the first time that the next generation of BMW ActiveHybrid technology has a generally good idea of the new BMW 5-Series sedan in its dynamic, efficient and innovative features offer presented. Drawing its power from a high-voltage electric motor develops maximum output of 40 kW.

Unlike conventional hybrid, the combination of combustion engine and electric motor, both for the BMW X6 ActiveHybrid, BMW ActiveHybrid 7 in a position significantly lower consumption and emissions ratings and at higher speeds. This was made possible by the power electronics, the combination of combustion engine and electric motor masterminds, optimizing the overall efficiency of the propulsion system as a whole.
